DUDHSAGAR WATERFALLS:-
Dudhsagar waterfalls of Goa have the distinction of being ranked as the fifth highest waterfall in India. It has a milky white appearance which is why it is named as Dudhsagar or "Ocean of Milk". The Dudhsagar waterfalls plunge down from a staggering height of 2000 feet. The waterfall is located amongst lush green surroundings of the forests of Western Ghats. During monsoons the Dudhsagar waterfall becomes very lively.
GOA SPICE PLANTATIONS:-
A major attraction in the rural side is the spice plantation of Goa. Situated in the region called Ponda (central Goa), the spice plantations in Goa are cultivated using organic methods. Some major spices produced in these spice plantations are vanilla, black pepper, red chillies etc. Apart from these spices, many tropical fruits are also grown here. These include Custard apples, Papaya, Pineapples etc.
MAYEM LAKE:-
A tranquil spread of water with birds and pedal boats overlooking the cottages hidden in undulating emerald hills. This charming tiny lake is situated at Mayem near Bicholim, in North Goa. It is quite a popular picnic spot as well as a hot favorite for the tourists.
